Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Scribbly Gum Quilt Co, we take great care in packing and checking all orders before they leave the studio. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.


Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Please ensure you read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before ordering, we’re happy to help — just contact us via the form on our website.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Supporting photos, if possible

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Lost or Damaged Parcels in Transit

Once an order has left the Scribbly Gum Quilt Co studio, responsibility transfers to the postal carrier.

We are happy to assist with tracking and enquiries, but Scribbly Gum Quilt Co is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.


Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law or an error has been made in your order fulfillment.


Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow a few business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
